Shipping
Shipping:
Orders are baked fresh and shipped within 3-4 business days from initial purchase.
We are a two women show - from start to finish!
Orders are shipped 3-5 day USPS Priority Mail.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Kindly note, delays often occur that are out of our control.
All orders are insured up to $100.00.
Twin Life Baking Company LLC is not responsible for anything that happens within transit.
The customer is responsible for retrieving package from the mail carrier.
If your packages arrives damaged, a claim must be filed with USPS immediately.
If your tracking number shows your package was delivered in/at a Mailbox, and you did not receive it, contact USPS to file a service request. The incident is then investigated by your local Post Office.
It is important to note, we do not refund orders that have been damaged due to pests, heat or inclement weather.

Refunds
Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds:
All sales are final. Due to the type of products we offer, we cannot accept returns.
Once your order payment is complete, we will not be able to refund you.
We are happy to hold a credit for a future order.
Unfortunately, due to increased demand, orders cannot be modified.
Please ensure you have reviewed your order carefully. Confirming shipping information is correct before checkout.
